These terms apply to the Partivo website (partsivo.com) and the Partivo Android app. By using Partivo you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Partivo.
The service
Partivo is a catalog that shows which spare parts (screens, batteries and other parts) are compatible with which phone and tablet models. Partivo does not sell parts and is not affiliated with the device manufacturers whose brand names appear in the catalog.
Compatibility information
We work to keep the catalog accurate, but compatibility information can contain errors or be incomplete. Always check the part (model number, connector, size) with your supplier or technician before you buy or install it. Partivo is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that the information is correct, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
Your account
An account is optional and uses Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time: https://partsivo.com/account-deletion
Premium access and activation codes
Some accounts may have premium or ad-free access, for example through an activation code. Access applies only to the account that redeemed the code, for the period shown in your account. A code can be used only once.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Partivo for anything unlawful.
- Do not overload, attack or try to break the service or its security, and do not bypass its rate limits.
- Do not copy the catalog in bulk with automated tools or republish it as your own service.
Ads
The Android app may show ads from Google AdMob when ads are switched on. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled: https://partsivo.com/privacy
Intellectual property
The Partivo name, app, website and catalog compilation belong to the Partivo developer. Brand and product names belong to their owners and are used only to identify devices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Partivo developer is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from using Partivo or relying on its information, including the cost of a part that turns out not to fit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or stop Partivo or parts of it, and we may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page when we do. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
